At Club Insignia, we strive to offer a seamless travel experience through our partnerships with leading airlines, hotels, attractions, and service providers. However, it is important to note that Club Insignia operates solely as a facilitator between our members and third-party service providers. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. General Disclaimer

  • Club Insignia is not the direct service provider for flights, hotels, attractions, or experiences. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the respective service providers.
  • We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays, changes, or service disruptions initiated by our partners.
  • Club Insignia shall not be held responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or financial damages resulting from actions taken by third-party service providers.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Member-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be requested in accordance with the policies of the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.
  • Club Insignia has no authority to override or modify partner cancellation policies.
  • Any applicable cancellation charges will be as per the individual service provider’s terms.

b. Partner-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In the event a service provider cancels or modifies a booking, Club Insignia shall not be held accountable for the disruption.
  • Members are advised to contact the service provider directly for solutions or alternative arrangements.

3. Refund Policy

  • Club Insignia does not process or guarantee refunds for any bookings.
  • Refund eligibility and timelines are entirely determined by the respective service providers.
  • If a service provider approves a refund, we will assist in facilitating the process, but the responsibility lies solely with the provider.
  • Points Redemption:
    • Points used for bookings are non-refundable unless the partner authorizes a full refund.
    • In the event of approved refunds by partners, redeemed points will be reinstated.

4. No Liability Clause

  • Under no circumstances shall Club Insignia be held liable for:
    • Service disruptions or cancellations by third-party providers.
    • Financial losses arising from delays, cancellations, or changes made by service providers.
    • Inaccurate information provided by third-party partners.
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to services booked through Club Insignia.

5. Force Majeure

Club Insignia bears no responsibility for cancellations or delays resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or strikes.

6. Points to Remember:

  • Always review the cancellation and refund policies of the service provider before booking.
  • Cancellation charges may apply as per partner guidelines and are beyond Club Insignia’s control.
  • Refunds, if any, will be processed solely at the discretion of the service provider.
