1. In order to participate in the Offer, the Customer is required to do a one-time Product(s) purchase worth INR 19,999/- or more from Authorized Retailers only.

2. This Offer is applicable only if the Customer purchases a Product during the Offer Period, from Selected VIP Authorized Sellers.

3. Offer Period dates: 15st October 2024 – 31st December 2024 or till stocks or vouchers last (whichever is earlier).

4. Eligible Customer will get vouchers for One Round Journey Domestic Flight Ticket (Economy Class).

5. To avail & redeem the air ticket, the Customer needs to log on to the micro site www.movewithcarlton.rewardzpromo.com, submit the unique Voucher Code received along with the following details:

6. On successful submission of information, the Customer will receive, an email/sms comprising of “Authentication Code” within 24/48 hours, which can be used to book the air ticket. The mobile number & e-mail id provided by the Customer shall be used to communicate the Authentication Code. VIP Industries Limited shall not be responsible to any Customer for not having a valid email id or mobile no. Air ticket bookings can be made before deadline using this Authentication Code. This will be subject to verification of documents submitted. In case there is any mismatch, the same will not be processed and be rejected. Once rejected, the voucher cannot be registered again.

7. To book the tickets, the Customer need to click on the “Booking” tab at the Program site www.movewithcarlton.rewardzpromo.com and submit the Authentication Code, along with

8. Customer can mention 2 options for “Source and Destination” cities and “Travel dates”. The “Travel Dates” for the 2nd option must be at a gap of at least 7 days from date of 1st option.

9. The booking request must be made at least 30 days before the date of travel.

10. Booking once submitted cannot be changed / altered.

11. On successful submission, the Customer will receive an e-mail within 3-4 working days, mentioning the details of the taxes and other charges (like Development fee | passenger service fee | user development fee | Govt Service tax | Insurance etc.) payable to Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (the online payment link for tax payment from the micro site). The online payment link will also be provided in the mail where the Customer has to visit and make the payment. All taxes and other charges shall be borne by Customer only.

12. The choice of Airlines and timing lies with Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Only direct Flights will be booked. Bookings will be done for all days of the promo period inclusive of weekdays and weekend, except for blackout days. In case there are no flight operating in any of the sector as chosen by the customer, Rewardport reserves the right to reject the booking and no further bookings will be accepted thereafter.

13. Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will pick the cheapest flight available on that particular date and communicate the same to customer along with the taxes payable accordingly. Customer will not have option to choose the timings of the flight. No option shall be given to the Customer to modify or change the flights.

14. No amendments will be entertained once the link is sent. If payment not made within 48 hrs, the link would expire, and no further bookings will be entertained thereafter.

15. Customer must upload their Pan and Aadhar Card along with invoice (mandatory) on the web site at the time of registration.

16. Registration/Submission of Air Voucher code must be done on or before 31st Jan 2025.

17. The last Date for submission of booking the flight on website will be 10th of March 2025.

18. The last Date of travel / flying has to be on or before 15th May, 2025.

19. There will be a few black out days. These dates can’t be chosen as travel dates. Blackout dates are 15th October 2024, 29th October 2024 to 3rd November 2024, 20th December 2024 to 7th January 2025.

20. However, the registration of Voucher code can be done during the blackout period. No bookings of Air Ticket will be allowed for travel dates which come under black out days.

21. This Air Voucher shall not be valid for travel during peak hours and in case the destination of travel is having a conference, exhibition, festival, sporting activity etc during that period.

22. Tickets once issued cannot be changed / amended. If the customer does not reach the airport, his/her Air Voucher shall be deemed to be redeemed and cannot be re-used or re-claimed. Tickets will be issued in the name of the person registered and the same cannot be amended.

23. Standard online payment charges will be applicable.

24. Only one Air Voucher can be redeemed in one attempt. Multiple voucher numbers cannot be redeemed together. For each ticket booking, customer needs to have unique mobile number and unique email ID.

25. Only one voucher can be registered using one mobile no and email id.

26. Only one voucher can be redeemed at one time. Vouchers cannot be clubbed/pooled.

27. VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are not responsible in the event of the flight being cancelled by the airlines/ authorities for whatsoever reason; no refund or reschedule will be entertained. VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are not responsible for the quality of seats or any service discrepancies by the airlines.

28. Availing the Offer implies that Customer agree to all Terms of the Offer. This offer is not applicable for clients /employees /dealers / agents & their families of VIP Industries Limited and RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.

29. This Air Voucher does not include any other facilities such as food and beverages etc.

30. Any issue related to service and issuance of ticket or baggage loss or baggage charges has to be dealt with respective airlines directly. VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible.

31. This Air Voucher cannot be utilized directly at the airline office or other booking agencies (online or otherwise) and has to be registered and booked by following the steps specified on the program site and/or these terms & conditions.

32. This Offer is subject to change without any notice at discretion of VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

33. Redemption of ticket is subject to availability of seats. Rewardport reserves the right to cancel the booking even after payment is made and refund the taxes paid, in case the seats are not available under the promotional fares.

34. Standard Airlines rules apply, and identification may be required. The Airline Staff / Manager’s decision is final and airline rules apply. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other airline patrons.

35. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.

36. This Air voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, non-Gift able and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

37. VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured venues.

38. VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd shall not be responsible for the transportation and safety of the Customers.

39. The participation in the Offer is voluntary. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. By availing this Offer, Customer(s) agrees to receive communication(s) from VIP Industries Limited and/ Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. related to the Offer and Customer(s) unconditionally agree(s) not to make any claim or raise any complaint against VIP Industries Limited in this respect.

40. All queries should be communicated to us in writing on movewithcarlton@insigina.club mentioning your Air Voucher number.

41. Force Majeure: There will be no Refund of any amount paid extra or the value of the Air Voucher during the course of travel in this Promotion due to any Act of God - Natural calamity ( like Pandemic | Earthquake | Tsunami | Flood etc.) or any man-made calamity (like War | Coup | Riots | Bandh | Strike etc).

42. By availing the Offer, the Customer hereby consents to the accessing of information and/or images of the Customer by VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the purpose of this Offer. Further, VIP Industries Limited shall be at liberty to use the entries received for its media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future including promotion of any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by it without any consideration to the Customer

43. No other offers can be clubbed with this Offer.

Rewardport and VIP are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.

46. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
